Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Bob's Restaurant 2015 Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including setting staff work schedules, determining the type of services to be offered, and implementing operational procedures.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, ensuring that our restaurant is well-promoted and that we are attracting new customers.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, and as a Restaurant Manager, you will be required to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
