Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, as well as wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
