Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Lekker Food Distributors Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail and other materials, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and messages, and perform data entry.
- Office Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
