Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive hands-on experience in the Telecom Wireline domain, with advanced knowledge of FTTX, spatial networks, and maps.

• Strong research and data analysis skills, with the ability to develop trends and identify opportunities.

• Self-initiative and teamwork skills, with minimal supervision required.

• Effective written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate with the team.

Project Responsibilities:

• Review project scope for high-level planning defined by the Network team.

• Evaluate existing homes passed per port or homes passed per tech, depending on Service Level and Product requirements.

• Check the feasibility of splitting the node.

• Create a design plan document with clear service boundaries, number of home passes, PNI data, and project brief.

• Analyze the network and validate overall loss based on tap location, amplifier placement, and splicing details.

• Validate field data aligning with high-level design and send it back to the field survey partner for clarification.

• Create low-level design and fiber work splice packages.

• Coordinate and provide support, information, and project details as requested by various departments.

• Check design packs and validate all necessary documents, and notify the team of missing documents.

• Track design commitment dates, project progress, schedules, and timelines, and update regularly.
