Job Title: Dynamics Helpdesk Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Helpdesk Consultant to join our team at InterEx Group.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for our client's large Dynamics 365 CRM programme, which is being rolled out across multiple entities in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 CE issues
  • Collaborate with the client's team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of D365 CE best practices and troubleshooting techniques
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience working as a D365 CE Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of D365 CE troubleshooting and support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
