Program Overview
The Sales Development Program at Norwood, part of the EMCO Corporation, is a comprehensive 2-year structured program designed to take an 'A' player and turn them into a successful Account Manager. This program is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in their career.
Program Objectives
The program has four key phases:
- Warehouse - Develop product knowledge, complete health & safety program, and understand warehouse importance in customer satisfaction.
- Operations - Learn to manage the inside counter, interact with customers, and provide solutions.
- Inside Sales - Work with customers and vendors to develop relationships, maximize profitable opportunities, and grow professionally.
- Account Manager - Work with an Outside Account Manager and develop skills needed to service current business accounts and develop new opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- College and/or University degree
- Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
- Desire to continuously learn and grow
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and high standards of integrity
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
