Innovative Marketing Strategist for Omni/Commerce Experience

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our team in developing innovative omni-channel shopper marketing strategies and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in integrated marketing, with a focus on shopper marketing or brand communications. They will be responsible for leading the creative vision for campaigns that thrive at the retail shelf, online, and in consumers' lives.

This role requires a strong portfolio that showcases examples of originality, innovation, and multi-disciplinary thinking. The successful candidate will be able to translate 'big' thinking into clear, powerful presentations that span a range of tactics and mediums.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creative Development: Developing innovative ideas and concepts that drive business results.
  • Storytelling: Crafting compelling stories that resonate with consumers throughout their shopping journey.
  • Creative Leadership: Leading by example, directing the work of a team of creatives, and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Team Management & Talent Development: Mentoring and inspiring junior creatives to help them grow and develop their skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
