With 15 locations in Ontario and almost 600 employees, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team.

Job Summary

The Administrative Support Professional provides critical administrative support to the dealership, ensuring services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. This role reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations and Company's Health and Safety Policy
  • Assist various departments with administrative requirements
  • Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate individuals or departments
  • Receive mail, email correspondence, and direct to appropriate individuals or departments
  • Reconcile daily cash/credit and forward to proper departments
  • Monitor and maintain schedules; parts return, core return, and cash sales. Take action to clear or adjust schedules
  • Participate in review and reconciliation of parts cycle counts and report to Parts Manager
  • Investigate cycle count variances
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Process purchase orders and resolve workflows to ensure accuracy
  • Issue purchase orders for office supplies and miscellaneous items
  • File copies of packing slips and invoices
  • Provide administrative support to Joint Health and Safety Committee
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
  • Previous dealership experience is an asset
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Competency in customer experience, administrative skills, time management, proficiency with computers; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Driver's Abstract
