Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Bank Canada professional to join our team. As a Cash Management Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of commercial banking experience, preferably with roles of increasing responsibility. A strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to deepen their engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities, working closely with Relationship Managers to build strategic partnerships.
  • Drive innovation in sales strategies, structuring deals that balance risk and reward while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues, contributing to a culture of excellence within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
