Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Technician to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Update customer files, complaint files, and contact lists
  • Enter customer orders and follow up on their status
  • Manage website content and updates
  • Provide logistics support and manage invoicing
  • Answer customer calls and emails
  • Perform other related tasks as required

Requirements:

  • DEP in administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer service
  • Computer literate
  • Experience with Office, Simply Accounting, and CRM software
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English)
  • Sales experience an asset
