KAYZEN CLOUD SOLUTIONS seeks an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and review administrative procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including record-keeping and data management.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to information access and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity software.
