Administrative Operations Coordinator

KAYZEN CLOUD SOLUTIONS seeks an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and review administrative procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Carry out administrative activities, including record-keeping and data management.
- Administer policies and procedures related to information access and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity software.
