Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC - PARK PLACE. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with staff, management, and other departments to achieve common goals, communicate clearly and concisely, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
