Job Overview

Sanghera Painting is seeking a skilled Creative Artisan to join our team as an Interior and Exterior Painting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paint, and applying various materials to interior and exterior surfaces.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the painting trade.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix paint to achieve the desired colour and texture.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed.
  • Estimate costs and materials for each project.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the painting trade.
  • Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to distinguish between colours.
  • Physical stamina for bending, crouching, and kneeling.
