  • Recruit and hire staff.
  • Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility, initiative, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:

  • Wet/damp.
  • Hot.
  • Cold/refrigerated.
