About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources for the Renewable Power & Transition group, you will provide HR advice and support to a client group based in the Toronto office.

The role involves developing and executing HR plans, programs, and initiatives to support the achievement of business goals. You will work closely with the executive team and professionals across various corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expertise in employee relations, talent management, learning/leadership development, organizational development, and total rewards.
  • Delivering on regional and global initiatives, supported by a team of HR Analysts and Associates.
  • Developing and executing HR plans, programs, and initiatives to support business goals.
  • Building relationships with the business and HR colleagues.
Requirements
  • A senior HR leader with broad exposure to all aspects of the function, including depth of expertise in talent management and compensation/long-term incentive models.
  • Ability to quickly learn the priorities and strategies of the business, gaining credibility with business leaders.
  • Ability to identify key strategic HR initiatives, working with colleagues to develop and deliver solutions.
Success Criteria
  • Alignment with BRP&T and BAM's pace, professionalism, expertise, and dynamism.
  • Established strong relationships with the business and HR colleagues.
  • Delivery of ongoing HR requirements and successful onboarding of Portfolio Companies.

$200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
