About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at La Cucina. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new recipes that showcase our culinary expertise and meet customer preferences.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan menus that meet quality standards and cater to customer dietary needs.
  • Source and requisition high-quality ingredients and kitchen supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams and driving culinary excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and motivate staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
