Job Summary

As a key member of our retail team, the Assistant Manager - Retail Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store. This includes managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and organize daily operations to meet sales targets and customer expectations
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
- Determine staffing requirements and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages

Requirements

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or similar environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work on site and be available to work a variety of shifts
