We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team at First Choice Haircutters. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients.

About the Job

This is a permanent position with an estimated salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
  • Cut and style hair according to client preferences and instructions;
  • Shampoo and condition clients' hair;
  • Apply hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting;
  • Provide scalp massages and offer advice on hair care and maintenance;
  • Suggest hairstyles that complement clients' physical features and preferences;
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Hairstylist Trade Certification;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • A high level of attention to detail and quality control;
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment;
