We seek an exceptional Hospital Director to lead our ER veterinary hospital in Fraser Valley. This dynamic leader will embody a people-first approach, prioritizing transparent communication and collaboration with our dedicated staff.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic visionary, combining financial savvy with a creative, entrepreneurial mindset to unlock our hospital's potential. With strong emotional intelligence, the Hospital Director will inspire and empower our team to deliver exceptional care while fostering a positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:- Directly oversee all operations and business activities, leading team members across all departments with enthusiasm and purpose.
- Partner effectively and collaboratively with the Medical Director, ensuring high-quality patient care and driving growth within the hospital.
- Demonstrate a strategic orientation by translating vision into actionable plans, managing operations effectively to achieve objectives.
- Direct the leadership team collaboratively, facilitating resolution of issues and driving growth within the hospital.
- 5+ years of progressive operational management experience with a record of success, including experience managing a P&L.
- MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Learns quickly and can absorb new information rapidly.
- Self-motivated while also an expert at motivating, coaching, and inspiring others.
- Able to roll up your sleeves and get things done with enthusiastic participation.
Your Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000-$130,000 CAD, as well as a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off (including sick time). We believe in investing in our team members' growth and well-being.
