Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team in residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction, including loading/unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials;
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades;
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt;
  • Assisting in aligning pipes during pipeline construction;
  • Helping with demolition and cleanup tasks;
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction;
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction laboring or a related field;
  • High school graduation certificate;
  • Ability to lift heavy loads (over 45 kg/100 lbs) and work in fast-paced environments;
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks;
  • Availability to work at heights, outdoors, and in confined spaces;
  • Reliability, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills;
Working Conditions

The Construction Laborer will work in various locations, including remote sites, and will be exposed to outdoor conditions, dust, and cold temperatures. The role requires manual labor, and the individual must be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads.
