Lead Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager and assistant manager with administrative tasks
- Greet customers, run the cash register, and make purchase suggestions
- Work with our food program and maintain high standards for store appearance
- Interact with customers daily, providing fast and friendly service
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and friendly conversation skills
- Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
- Ability to think quickly and offer sales suggestions
