Distribution Centre Operations Manager

The Distribution Centre Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the centre, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage the distribution operations team to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard
* Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the distribution centre
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all customer needs are met
* Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels
* Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
* Manage and develop the distribution centre team
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in a distribution or logistics role
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
