Job Description

As a Supervisor at Savers, you will play a crucial role in driving business results in your store. You will make important decisions that directly impact the success of your team and store every day.

You will be responsible for supervising front-end operations, production, and community donation supervisors. Your goal will be to continuously develop and empower your team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
