Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Administrator to join our team at Aspire Business Solutions Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and calculating fixed assets and depreciation.

You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be crucial in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Asset Management: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring accurate valuations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
