Job Title: General Farm Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Farm Worker to join our team at 1464794 ONTARIO INC. As a General Farm Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various farm tasks, including harvesting crops, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Harvest crops using manual and mechanical methods
  • Operate tractors and other farm equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with animal care and feeding
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in agriculture or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment:

Our farm is located in a rural area, and the work environment is outdoors with exposure to dust, heat, and noise. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift heavy loads.
