We are seeking a skilled Business Administrator to join our team at Canamex-Carbra Transportation Services Inc. in an urban area setting.

Job Overview

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, along with 40 hours of work per week.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in administration and hold a College/CEGEP degree.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Establish priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks, adhering to established deadlines.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for efficient communication and teamwork.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for effective report writing and presentation.
  • Flexibility and organization to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Reliability and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
