Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $85,000 and $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead operational excellence initiatives across our distribution centers. This will involve:

• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects

• Coordinating project resources, including personnel and equipment

• Analyzing and resolving operational problems and issues

• Facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement

• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field

• 5-7 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment

• Yellow Belt certification or higher in Lean Six Sigma

• Strong teamwork and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions

• Familiarity with SCRUM agility and Jira portal

• Proficiency in Autocad software and Microsoft Office Suite
