Front of House Manager Role Summary
Boston Pizza is seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to lead our restaurant's daily operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in training, development, and performance management of the Front of House team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
