About the Role
Ontario Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Lead, Case Costing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of case costing policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to facilities and stakeholders on case costing matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of case costing policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to facilities and stakeholders on case costing matters
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with provincial and national standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including facilities, vendors, and government agencies
- Provide subject matter expertise on case costing to inform business decisions and strategic planning
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of related case costing experience in healthcare
- Extensive experience coordinating or managing case costing projects and facility submissions
- Knowledge and use of CIHI datasets
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
