Vice President Marketing Ecommerce

At Reitmans (Canada) Limited, we are seeking a visionary leader to shape and drive our Brand vision and strategies that support growth and profitability across our Omni-channel eco-system.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Drive 360 Brand Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand narratives and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement and loyalty.
- Create and Implement Innovative Strategies: Develop and execute a marketing roadmap that fosters a creative environment and expands our brand reach through digital channel planning, online merchandising, and on-site optimizations.
- Drive Ecommerce Growth: Leverage customer insights and intelligence to predict customer behavior and deliver a unified 360 experience through digital channel planning and online merchandising.
- Deliver Best-in-Class Customer Experience: Translate a strategic brand vision across a multi-disciplinary marketing team to ensure the pristine execution of all content and media.
- Lead and Develop a Creative Team: Inspire and guide a talented marketing team towards customer centricity and business growth, while maintaining a strong executive team presence and collaborating across brand and corporate teams.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, or related field (MBA is an asset)
- 15+ years of experience in consumer brand marketing with 7+ years of professional advancement in executive leadership roles
- Passion for building brands, creating lasting customer relationships, and mentoring teams
- Strong omni-channel marketing background with the ability to recognize great storytelling and deliver cross-channel experiences
- Excellent knowledge of corporate data environments and client relationship management tools
- Excellent bilingual oral and written communication skills
