Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining area, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, and that our kitchen and dining area are clean and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement new menu items and promotions, ensuring that they are aligned with our brand and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with our management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining area.
