Bakery Operations Manager

Hattendo is seeking a skilled Bakery Supervisor to lead our team of bakers and contribute to the success of our bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Recipe Execution: Prepare and execute recipes for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Production Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal waste.
- Sales and Merchandising: Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods, promoting products and driving revenue growth.
- 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours of work per week
