Job Summary
Hegyi Refrigeration is seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate and plan office services, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule and coordinate work on sites
- Prepare payroll and ensure accuracy of time sheets
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Estimate materials and labour required for projects
- Provide customer service and support
- Modify web pages and applets as needed
- Arrange travel and related itineraries
- Schedule events and programs
Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
