About the Position

CSA Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to join our Global Marketing Operations team in Toronto. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in digital project management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with the deployment of digital strategies, supporting the delivery of all projects and campaigns within the Marketing & Communications team.
  • Understand the customer journey and work towards enhancing customer experiences through digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design, development, and other materials.
  • BUILD strong relationships within the Marketing & Communications team and other CSA Group departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Completion of second year or higher in an undergraduate certificate program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or Project Management.
  • Knowledge of process improvement, change management, and project management would be an asset.
  • Working knowledge of standards development and business processes is an asset.
  • Experience working with volunteers and/or multi-stakeholder groups would be an asset.

  • Excellent people skills: managing relationships, facilitating, and networking with people at all levels with divergent interests and backgrounds.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills. Detail and process orientation.
  • High degree of self-motivation, initiative, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
  • Advanced technical proficiency (word processing, presentation software, project planning software, spreadsheets, etc.).
