NK Tax and Accounting Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.


The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, evaluating daily operations, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.


We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Train staff
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:



  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
