Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cafe Bon Bon. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in sales and operations, with a proven track record of supervising staff and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Assign tasks and duties to sales workers to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Hire and manage staff, including coordinating training and development programs
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock levels and orders
- Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Competitive salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
