About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Branch Representative to join our team at Le Groupe Master. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing internal relationships with customers, and promoting company products to generate increased sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process orders and quotations using different methods, supporting inside and outside sales teams with quotation requests.
  • Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • SOURCE PARTS AND EQUIPMENT IN COLLABORATION WITH BUYING GROUPS AND SUPPLIERS, ensuring timely delivery and quality products.
  • Understand clients' needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable customer relationships and trust.
  • Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Address customer concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness, ensuring a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Perform various other related duties, including after-hours on-call duties to support the branch as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Professional phone manner and customer service skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to use software applications to manage customer relationships and sales data.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Good sales abilities and persuasiveness, with the ability to promote company products and services to customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised, and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
  • Post-secondary education (an asset), with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to respond to emergency after-hours calls in an on-call rotation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales, or technical-related field (an asset), with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset), with a focus on industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Ability to operate a forklift, with training provided as needed.
  • Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn), with a focus on communication and customer service.
