Foyer Bois Joli inc. is seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate special events and determine the size of food portions and costs.
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas, and order supplies and equipment.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, and work a 40 hour week.
