Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Swan Spa Massage. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and facilities.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage client records, and maintain accurate waitlists.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance.
- Support Services: Assist with tasks related to foreign credential recognition, diversity training, and cultural competency.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
