Job Title: Automation Associate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automation Associate Manager to join our team at Deciem Beauty Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM email journey programs to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CRM email journey programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Lead the implementation of new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionalities, collaborating with technical teams and agencies on requirements and ROI
  • Create and analyze audience segmentations for personalization of email sends and reporting purposes
  • Develop, QA, and deploy all marketing email assets to support all activations such as campaigns, always-on, promotions, loyalty, etc.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in CRM/email platform management
  • Proven experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar technologies like Responsys and Klaviyo
  • Understanding of international data compliance laws (CASL, GDPR, etc.)
  • HTML, CSS, and basic SQL skills are a must
  • Experience working in eCommerce, beauty industry, and/or with loyalty programs is an asset
