About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Pearl Convenience. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Cashier at Pearl Convenience, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to restock shelves and maintain the store environment.
