Job Title: Plumbing System Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumbing system supervisor to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in plumbing systems, including water supply networks, waste and drainage systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and instruct apprentices, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • System Design: Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing, using computer software systems to design and plan plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with plumbing systems, using testing equipment and tools to locate and repair leaks.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for plumbing projects, ensuring that budgets are met and exceeded.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing systems, with a strong background in project management and team supervision.
  • Strong Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water supply networks, waste and drainage systems, and piping system requirements.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
