We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Representatives at Dalhousie University.

This role is a great opportunity for those passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hospitality Excellence:** Ensure that Aramark's framework for outstanding guest and employee experience is followed in the location
  • Guest Relationship Building: Create a positive professional relationship with guests and provide coaching to other employees to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Feedback Management:* In partnership with the marketing team and operations manager, address guest feedback to ensure service standards are met and exceeded
  • Service Excellence Promotion: Regularly attend employee huddle meetings promoting hospitality culture that build engagement and morale
  • Client Engagement: Work with the management team to plan, facilitate, and implement frequent guest and client engagement activities
  • Best Practices Development: Create and establish best practices within the location to improve overall performance

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Education: Post-secondary education in hospitality considered an asset
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to remain active and engaged for extended periods of time and perform tasks that may require sustained physical activity
  • Language Skills: Ability to speak multiple languages considered an asset
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service roles considered an asset
  • Certifications: Valid WHMIS, Food Safe Advanced Certification, First Aid Certification considered an asset
