About This Opportunity

This is an exceptional leadership role where you will provide operational and strategic leadership for the company, with a particular focus on driving Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.

You will work closely with Banyan Software's Operating Partner and the Portfolio team to establish strategies, plans and policies to meet the company's recurring revenue growth and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and Communicate Vision and Growth Strategy: Lead overall execution and develop a compelling vision for the business to drive high levels of client retention and incremental value creation.
  • Facilitate Seamless Transition: Work with Banyan Software to ensure a smooth transition to becoming a high-value portfolio company.
  • Maintain Healthy and Predictable Growth: Establish and consistently meet execution milestones for financial and operating plans.
  • Develop GTM Strategy: Develop a strategy to drive new growth and maintain high levels of client retention.
  • Rapidly Master Product Capabilities: Engage with current and prospective customers and rapidly master differentiating product capabilities.
  • Establish Client Relationships: Focus on retention, client satisfaction, and incremental value creations.
  • Distribute Thought Leadership: Generate positive exposure for the business as a thought leader in the industry among customers, partners, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Lead High-Performing Team: Build, retain, and mentor a world-class team consisting of diverse and complementary skill sets and experience.
  • Cultivate Winning Culture: Create an environment where the team is engaged, challenged to succeed, and rewarded appropriately.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Past senior leadership experience in a successful B2B software business.
  • Verifiable track record of value creation.
  • P&L experience, with strong financial literacy and business acumen.
  • Transportation/Trucking, Logistics, Construction, Waste, and/or Specialty Trades exposure is preferred.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in GTM planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with software product management.
  • Passion for delighting customers and engaging teams.
  • Experience with operationally evaluating and integrating acquisitions.
  • Tireless curiosity and advice-seeking.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Frugal mindset with a focus on building organizational capabilities through strong team development.
  • Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders, including Banyan leadership.
  • Talent magnet - successful record of attracting and retaining talented, engaged teams.
  • Entrepreneurial with a high level of energy and an unrelenting drive to succeed.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $$250,000 per year.
