Field Sales Manager

- Schedule and conduct customer contacts through in-person visits and telephone calls, following management objectives.
- Utilize expertise in sales processes for the material handling or industrial parts industries to identify customer needs and present relevant products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales analysis reports and presentations to staff and management as needed.
- Navigate and research information within company ERP and CRM systems to check product pricing and availability, and manage customer feedback and action items.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key personnel within the assigned geographical territory.
- Upload necessary data into company systems as required.
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and be able to travel extensively throughout Western Canada.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in territory sales or related sales positions.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
- A strong understanding of the material handling and/or industrial parts industry, including familiarity with small earth moving parts, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
