We are seeking an exceptional Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team in Canada. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage store operations, driving sales growth and profitability while delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage store operations to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach a team of Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:
  • Ensure all store operations run smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
  • Implement and maintain store standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage store budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their leadership skills and achieve career goals.
Customer Experience:
  • Develop and execute plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and address customer complaints and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of retail operations experience, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
