We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sales Coordinator to join our team at Quick Tire LTD.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires 35 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, evaluating performance, planning, and organizing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Plan and organize tasks effectively, prioritizing high-priority activities and delegating responsibilities as needed.
  • Manage staff, assign duties, and oversee their performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Implement price and credits policies, adhering to company guidelines and regulations.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, maintaining inventory levels and optimizing stock management.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, providing regular financial reports and analysis.
  • Determine staffing requirements, adjusting personnel levels as needed to meet business demands.
  • Resolve issues promptly, addressing customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (College/CEGEP). A college diploma or equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wholesale industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with electronic schedulers, word processing software, database software, inventory control systems, and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel cross-border (if required).

  • Ability to handle physical demands, including standing for extended periods, lifting packages, and working in a dynamic office setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
