Café Operations Manager

At Cha House Coquitlam Inc., we are seeking a skilled and organized Café Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our café. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our café, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily café operations, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff in various areas of responsibility, including customer service, food preparation, and café maintenance.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and promote the café's products and services.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage café finances.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
