Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our customers receive their food on time.
- Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant data, providing valuable insights to our management team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Cafeteria, restaurant, or other food service environments.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment.
- Client Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals.
