Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

DAISY MART(ESSO) is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
